CZU is located in Prague, capital of the Czech Republic, on a modern green campus. Being member of the Euroleague for Life Sciences, it is one of the leading European universities focusing on life sciences. CZU also achieves excellent results in prestigious international rankings (THE, QS, AWRU, US NeWs BGUR).

The Czech University of Life Sciences Prague is a leading educational and research centre in the areas of forestry, environmental sciences, agricultural sector, sustainable use of natural resources, management and informatics, technology, and regional development. It offers total amount of 59 study programmes taught in English on bachelor, master, and doctoral level. In 2018, the CZU received institutional accreditation, which proves that the university meets all quality assurance standards.

While studying at CZU, you can also participate in other study abroad mobilities, for example with an Erasmus+ programme. As part of the programme, students can participate in two types of mobility: practical internships (work abroad) of at least 2 months (including graduate internships) for students from the first year of bachelor‘s study or study stays for students from the second year of bachelor‘s study of at least 3 months. Along with gaining experience from around the world, you will receive a scholarship from 330 to 660 EUR a month for studying or working abroad.

In addition to Erasmus+ mobility, there are other opportunities to go abroad not only for semester studies at universities around the world but also, for example, summer school in Asia or North America.

Scholarship

Talented and hardworking students can obtain a merit scholarship at CZU. Individual faculties oversee these contributions. Another benefit is an accommodation scholarship.
